Our Products
Each item is handmade with love—slight variations in color, size, or finish are part of the charm.
Custom orders are non-refundable once we begin production.
Orders & Payments
All payments are securely processed through trusted third parties (like PayPal, Square, or Stripe).
Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Shipping
We ship most treasures within 3–5 business days (custom orders may take longer).

Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@newseasoncreations.com. Personalized/customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

All content on this site (photos, designs, text, and products) belongs to New Season Creations. Please don’t copy, use, or resell without our permission.
Liability
We do our very best to provide accurate descriptions and safe products, but we can’t be held responsible for misuse or for things beyond our control (like postal delays).
