At New Season Creations, each item is handmade with love, care, and plenty of attention to detail. We want you to feel as happy with your order as we were when we made it. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are normal and part of the charm.

Returns

Most of our creations are non-returnable, since they’re one-of-a-kind or made to order. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. However, if you receive something that arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if an item is damaged in transit or a mistake was made on our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to your original payment method.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. We will always confirm details with you before we begin, so you can be sure it’s just what you want.
