How It Works

• Customization: Request changes in size, colors, or design features.

• Approval First: Once you share your request, we’ll confirm by email what’s possible, along with any price differences or timing. Once you give us the thumbs-up, we’ll start creating your order.

Important Notes

• Review Carefully: Double-check spellings, dates, and details before you submit your order—we can’t accept returns on items with customer errors.

• Non-Returnable: Personalized and customized pieces are non-refundable unless there’s a defect or we made an error.

• Changes & Cancellations: Once production begins, cancellations or changes are not possible.

Our Promise

If your custom treasure arrives damaged, defective, or not as agreed (color, size, or design), we’ll make it right with either a correction or a refund.

We reserve the right to decline requests that include inappropriate, harmful, or protected content.
